Himalayan crystal salt

Himalayan crystal salt, is the most integral and complete form of salt because it contains most of the natural elements found in the human body. It contains calcium, magnesium, phosphorus, potassium, zinc, etc…. And of course lots of iron that lends it its natural color between red and orange.

Himalayan salt is of prehistoric origin. The deposits have been dated to about 250 million years ago. It originated in the drying of the prehistoric sea due to the formation of the Himalayan massif. The salt was formed below the earth’s surface and is still found today at about 400-600 m depth. At that depth, it has been protected from all pollutants, and is now free of additives and chemicals that contaminate the seas and atmosphere.

Himalayan salt is crystalline and has great bioenergetic value.
